TRACY CAMPBELL
Hello! My name is Tracy. I have lived most of my life in Poplar Bluff and I have 3 grown kids, 1 daughter at home still and a quite unusual pet! I was awarded the 2019 CRC Butler county person of the year award for my many partnerships in this community and the work I do to prevent addiction and overdose injuries with our county youth. I graduated from the University of Missouri and I'm passionate about helping others! So passionate about it that when I joined the SBB group of ladies and saw how empowering it was.... I knew I wanted to step up and be the best ambassador I can be!
SUSAN wELCH
Susan’s first shoot was in June 2020. Jess loves to tell of the transformation between her first and second shoot. If you’ve had a shoot, chances are you’ve heard this story!
Needless to say, the first shoot was empowering, confidence-boosting, and literally life-changing. Susan’s favorite part of being a brand ambassador has been assisting with shoots and seeing the transformation of clients during the course of a session!
Susan is 47, mother of 3 humans (2 grown daughters and a 12 year old son) and 3 dogs She enjoys working out, traveling, and attending concerts!
Susan has lived in Jackson for the majority of her life and recently moved back to her hometown after living in Bloomfield MO for the last 2 years.
Krystal Legrand
Hi my name is Krystal, and I am a 34-year-old wife, momma, and bonus momma. Originally from the St. Louis area, I’ve lived in Poplar Bluff for the past 13 years. I am dedicated and passionate, thriving in my roles as a licensed cosmetologist and Realtor.
Family is at the heart of everything I do. I cherish my roles as a wife, mother, and bonus momma. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with friends and family, sharing laughter, and creating memories. I’m known for my sense of humor, being truly blonde at heart, and being a loyal ‘girls’ girl,’ always ready to support and empower the women in my life
Whether through my work or personal interactions, I strive to make a positive impact and uplift those around me. My journey is filled with growth and joy, and I look forward to many more wonderful experiences.
Emily Watkins
Hello! My name is Emily, and I am 27 years old. I’m originally from Nampa, ID but moved to TN while I was in high school and still currently reside in Murfreesboro, TN. I went to school for art studio with a focus in ceramics at MTSU and am currently going back to school for a degree in graphic design.
I had my very first photoshoot as a part of a dance group in March 2022, then the occasional shoot here and there until I started doing photoshoots consistently in the fall of 2023 to now in order to build my modeling portfolio and have gotten to do some amazing work including getting covered in glitter, coffee grounds, snakes, fire, etc, and eventually got my first magazine cover photo!
Personally, I used to hate beyond words having photos taken of me so modeling was never something I thought I would love or enjoy, yet here we are.
I love modeling, dancing, crafting, creating, and overall just having fun. I’m extremely excited to be a part of this new team!
Lauren Caldwell
Hi I’m Lauren or Lo or LC or Bunny (I answer to them all)
I’m a big fan of caffeine and onesies and group fitness and finance memes. I’m a momma to 2 stellar lil munchkins and 1 lovable mutt.
I work in institutional and high net worth asset management (think stock market stuff) and teach group fitness classes on the side (including spin, boxing, trx and bootcamps).
Currently attempting to navigate the single mom world while trying help others celebrate themselves in every way. I’m loud and weird and passionate and 0% shy; so say hi and let’s be friends!
Brittney Shelton
Hi everyone! My name is Brittney Shelton, but you can call me Shelton. I'm 34 years old and use she/her pronouns. I'm the proud owner of Shelton's Romance, where I share tips on sexual wellness and expression. People often call me a "squirrel" because I'm a bit scatterbrained and always on the move. I have an amazing husband, and this year we're celebrating 10 years of marriage and 15 years together. I also have a bonus daughter, an adorable grandson, and four fur babies. I'm a huge Disney, anime, and comic nerd, and I’m passionate about inspiring people to step out of their comfort zones and embrace new, exciting experiences.
I'm really excited to connect with all of you in this group and share some behind-the-scenes looks at my journey. This is my first time with SBB, but I took photos years ago when I was over 250 lbs, and I loved how they turned out. I’m sure this time will be just as amazing. Can't wait to share this experience with you all!

My name is Krysten! I live in Southeast Missouri with my husband and 2 boys. I am an animal lover and have 2 dogs, a cat, 13 chickens, 3 ducks, and a tortoise. I am super easy to get along with though my face often says otherwise (I really can't help it). I am actually very friendly and will do whatever I can to help!
I really enjoy this group because of the things we stand for. I love that the group is full of women who share the same goal to encourage and empower each other even when the world is so full of negativity and shame. My name is Sharrie. I can’t tell you how excited I am to become an ambassador for a group I love! My day to day life consists of being a mom and nurse. I have faced many life trials and changes that have left me feeling self conscious and almost broken. As women we are natural caregivers and put others first. Over the last few years I have rebuilt myself and my confidence! Through weight loss and weight gain I have faced it all and changed my outlook on my body. Jess and the SBB crew have been amazing to help me see the beauty inside and outside. I can’t say how much I truly love the art and beauty Jess captures. He has moved me to tears multiple times with my sessions. The ladies are some of the best hype women I’ve had the privilege to meet! I’m so happy to be part of the crew and help my fellow ladies see just how beautiful they are
